In total, we can accommodate up to 44 guests, making Blue Crane Farm an ideal venue for romantic retreats, family holidays, or group bookings such as reunions, small events, or special celebrations.

Each unit offers privacy, yet all are within easy walking distance of one another—ideal if you're traveling with friends or extended family staying nearby. All our units face the waterfront, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding grasslands, dams, and birdlife.

8 sleeper / 4 bedroom units

Blue Crane Farm has two, tastefully decorated and well-appointed 8 sleeper units - LAKE VIEW and HILLCROFT.

LAKE VIEW and HILLCROFT are the largest units available on the farm, each having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. These luxury units are in a class of their own, with an attention to detail.

6 sleeper / 3 bedroom units

We have 3 amazing 6 sleeper units, situated next to each other on Blue Crane Farm - OTTERS COVE, MISTY WATERS and WEAVERS NEST.

The units are approximately 60 to 100m apart and are roughly 50m from the water’s edge of the big dam.

LAST CAST - 4 sleeper unit

LAST CAST is the newest addition to the Blue Crane Farm Accommodation. It is situated at the farther side of the entrance to all the other units, hence the name, LAST CAST.

Close to the wetland area, you will be able to not only see the birds building their nests but wake up to the sounds of the various bird calls. Closer to nature you cannot get.

KINGFISHER - 4 sleeper unit

KINGFISHER is a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage that sleeps a total of 4 guests.

This lovely unit has an exceptional view of the large 9 hectare dam, and is situated approximately 30 meters from the water's edge. The unit has a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, patio and braai facilities.

LAWRENNY - 2 sleeper unit

LAWRENNY is a quaint and romantic cottage that can accommodate a total of 2 guests.

Situated a little way away from the other larger units, you can expect privacy, tranquility, and your own little piece of heaven to drink in the sights and sounds of nature. A place to completely unwind and re-charge the batteries.
